I myself am a huge fan of their brushes, in particular, their SIgmax HD Brushes. They are amazingly soft and dense so that the bristles absorb very little foundation. My all time favourite brushes that i use daily, are the F80 flat top kabuki and the travel version Miss Taylor Kabuki.  

But aside from those.. i would really like to get my hands on one of their new Mr Bunny travel sets!

That will most likely be my next purchase from Sigma :) although to be honest.. i really wish i could afford their Extravaganza 29 brushes in 18K gold... but can any normal fresh new graduate really afford this?? really?? ahh, a girl can only dream! :)

and to top it off, a deluxe case that is flippable and can hold ALL THE BRUSHES?

Almost! I started Pinkbox Makeup on May 1st 2010 and since then, my little blog has grown :) all thanks to all of my wonderful readers! I am so happy to be able to help match readers with products that will hopefully work well for them, to provide swatches and reviews of new (and old) products and most of all, to be able to meet so many wonderful and talented people in the blogger community.

With the help of Sigma Makeup and their amazing new affiliate/incentive program, I am able to collaborate with them and giveaway a F80 Flat Top Synthetic Kabuki Brush!!


Now, the original deal here was that I would receive a F80 for personal use and review purposes. However, since I already own the F80 (original review post here), I have decided to giveaway the F80 provided to me as well.. so this means that I will be giving away TWO F80 brushes in total! *yay*

First off, I'll give you a brief rundown of the F80 Flat Top Synthetic Kabuki and what i think about it after using it for the past 2 months or so.

From Sigma's new sigmax brush line, the F80 is one of three brushes which allow for high definiton, flawless makeup application. "the brushes feature exclusive Sigmax filament, specially designed to apply powder and liquid products without absorption into the fibers. The shape, density and height of the filaments were carefully engineered to perfectly buff products onto the skin, resulting in a high definition effect."

 

Pros:

- bristles are very soft and dense

- bristles dont absorb too much foundation (less wasted product)

- great for stippling giving you an airbrushed effect

- good coverage achieved

- relatively inexpensive, $16 US

Cons:

- some fallout during wash and first few uses

- smaller surface area meaning slightly longer time to cover entire face

- only available through sigma's website

Thoughts after 2 months usage:

I have used this brush everyday since i got it! it has very dense bristles allowing for great coverage :) plus, the bristles are super super soft and also absorbs less foundation allowing you to waste less and get more on your face :) ! definitely would recommend this brush to anyone and everyone :)
