Happy early Halloween!


What are you going to be for Halloween this year? I decided that I wanted to play around with more makeup and went with doing a skeleton on half of my face. I also did the same look on my boyfriend and although it turned out way better on him (it's so much easier doing makeup on someone else...) I am really happy with how it turned out overall! What do you think?

Can be drying

Accentuates dry cracks on lips

May leave a stain on lips

Matte packaging attracts fingerprints

These lippies have great pigmentation and are nice additions to your collection, but I felt like they needed some effort to make them work. They definitely aren't the type you grab as you hurry out the door. Since these are fairly drying, I would highly recommend you apply lip balm prior to the lipstick itself and possibly add a gloss over top to smooth things over.

I have missed you all so much! I know its been almost a year since I've posted but well, life's been a bit crazy and I'll just leave it at that. Thanks a million to those who have held on through this dry spell and I promise not to let you all down again! :)

Now that I am back, I plan on bringing a lot more into my blog, posting not only more makeup product reviews and swatches, but also adding a touch of fashion, outfits, style and a bit of my everyday life.
